H.S. Students Claim 5th Consecutive Championship in Annual MIST Regional Competition |

Darul Arqam North dominated the Islamic knowledge, literary, and creative arts categories to capture their 5th consecutive regional championship in the annual Muslim Interscholastic Tournament (MIST). Students will try to bring home it's 4th national championship at the MIST nationals in Maryland.
MIST is an annual regional and national competition that is organized and conducted by Muslim Students Association (MSA)) chapters on university and college campuses across the nation. Highschool students representing their MSA and local public and private schools compete in over 25 events and categories like community service, Islamic studies, Quranic memory and recitation, creative and research writing, oratory and art. The 2010 National MIST Competition was held on the campus of the University of Houston. Read on to see how Darul Arqam North students placed in their competitive events.
